These are photos that give me inspiration,
Sloth
In all of these images they show 3 different people not feeling very motivated, Exhausted and struggling. This could also show laziness. In the first Image, She’s moving the skin on her face with her hands, it’s a greyscale image and she looks upset and exhausted. In the second image, she’s sitting in a chair with books, heels and rubbish around her. This shows she has no motivation to clean up. Sloth can be a sign of bad mental health.
Wrath/ anger
In this images, it shows anger but not anger in a traditional way. In the first image she looks a lot more upset than anger. In the second, the red light represents anger. She’s tilting her head up and looking down at the camera. she has a shine on her cheekbones, chin and forehead. This defines her face with the red light. In the third, you can only see their eye. The eye is lighten up from the black while it shows direct mode of address and the eye shows anger. In the last image, it shows someone screaming with a bandage on their eyes. in greyscale to define her features but is also indirect mode of address.
Lust
In the first image, it’s a close up of their red lips and lace gloves. These often show lust. In the second, they have another closeup of a rose up to their mouth. The rose represents love and passion. In the third image, It’s greyscale and focusing on the legs. This represents lust by how they are posed. In many films or posters, They have the womans legs up in air.
Gluttony
In the first image, It’s a close up of her with in her hands while she’s staring at the camera. She has red lipstick on to match the berries but it is also in greyscale. In the Donut image, it’s a close up on her mouth. She has rainbow sprinkles on her lips to match the donut. as well as licking the sprinkles of the donut. In the last image, Her facial expressions show she’s feeling guilty for eating so much. the lighting is only directed to her eye, shoulder and pear to make your eyes go straight to that. It’s also a mid shot.
Greed
In the first image, In a greyscale and a close up with loads of money in their hands. This shows that they’re showing it off. In the second image, it’s a close up and there’s gold paint in their hands which could represent liquid gold.
Envy
The green apple represents envy and there’s needles stabbed in the apple. In the next image, It’s massively photoshopped. it has the lines where plastic surgeons draw on before doing surgery. And a needle close to their face. It shows they want what other people have. The bottom one shows green background and green makeup. it show’s their jealous of that photograph their holding.
The mirror represents pride, in the second image it shows they’re smiling while applying makeup. They look proud of themselves. This could be an over the shoulder shot for the first two images, The last image of the mirror is a closeup. This could represent either pride or lust.
